Losotech offers innovative solutions for logistic packaging. Disposable pallets designed in Sweden, consisting of plastic feet and a cardboard top, areintended for distributing goods from the warehouse to the target Customer or store.
Operating model:
The company opting for the Losotech solution produces pallets on their own, according to their needs with the help of a leased machine, while Losotech (through LOG-IT), provides pallet feet (for a fee) and, if need be, cardboard sheets (the pallet tops may be provided by a different supplier as well).
Usage:
- mail order sales, distribution from central warehouses to stores, end Customer in e-commerce stores
- shipping goods of non-standard size (household appliances & audio/video devices, furniture)
- store stands: goods for display can be transported on a pallet truck and do not have to stand on an additional wooden pallet
- transporting long goods on non-standard size carriers

Suitable for recycling together with other secondary raw materials
Solution advantages:
- flexible pallet configuration (size and load capacity): from a quarter pallet to an oversize pallet
- lower carrier cost than in the case of traditional EUR-pallets
- no need for pallet settlements with the recipients and carriers
- saved warehouse space: materials for the production of 2000 pallets fit into 10 square meters, while the pallet machine together with workspace occupies only 8 square meters
- lower transport cost: one standard size Losotech pallet weighs about 2.4 kg, which is approx. 23 kg less than a wooden EUR-pallet of the same size. Thus, the cargo weight on the carrier is reduced by approx. 750 kg.
- environment-friendly: the Losotech pallets are disposed of by the end user and can be recycled together with other secondary raw materials

Quarter pallet, half pallet, standard EUR-pallet and oversize pallet
Pallet sizes:
The Losotech pallets can be manufactured in different sizes:
- quarter pallets, 300 mm x 200 mm
- half pallets, 800 mm x 600 mm
- standard EUR-pallet, 1200 mm x 800 mm
- oversize pallets, e.g. 2400 mm x 800 mm or 1600 mm x 1200 mm
Pallet feet:
The pallet feet dimensions: 134 mm x 83 mm x 106 mm, made of polypropylene PP.
The load capacity depends on the number of used feet: the standard size pallet can have 4 to 9 feet.
Pallet top:
The cardboard sheet type depends on the desired load capacity and cost efficiency: options include cardboard with AA waves (the most expensive solution), BA waves (durable and cost-efficient) and BC waves (the cheapest option, suitable for the lightest loads).
Pallet load capacity:
The results of load tests demonstrated that one pallet foot has the load capacity of up to 250 kg. The dynamic load on a standard size pallet with 9 feet is 1200 kg, while static load is 2250 kg. The weight of a standard pallet with these parameters is approx. 2.4 kg.
The pallet user can optimize the carrier cost by customizing the number of pallet feet and the type of cardboard sheet used for the desired load capacity.
Machines for pallet production:
Losotech offers machines producing pallets of various degrees of automation: from fully automatic solutions to manual handling.
For instance, the Azobe machine (fully automatic)
- produces ca. 60 pallets per hourę
- single pallet production takes 14 seconds
- machine dimensions: 2000 mm x 1500 mm x 1700 mm
- machine weight: about. 210 kg
